My Apex cloth no longer works after updating to 4.12

Hi there, after updating to 4.12 my apex cloth no longer works as it used to. I’ve got a buggy type vehicle with large mudflaps, the mudflaps no longer react to the inertia of the vehicle.

They used to bend backwards and flap when driving forward or twist left and right when turning, now they only react to gravity and the wind i have placed in my level so they look strange standing still when i’m driving.

It’s doing the same thing on my characters too, any ideas?

I think I may have fixed it. I needed to go into my vehicle blueprint and enable ‘Local Space Simulation’

No idea why I have to do this its still turned off in my back up of my 4.11 project.
