Hello Every one 
I have been using Ue4 on windows 8 but i had to download Windows 10 the final version then i tried to download EpicGamesLauncher and download UE4 then it was always stuck at 2% and then the(EpicGamesLauncher is not responding ) then i tried to delete the old install of UE4 from my HardDrive and uniinstall The EpicGamesLauncher but then it stucks on 0% i tried to do couple of things like --http-winnit , -OpenGl , Or Increasing the http time out time but No Luck I really want to use UE4 
I’m having the same issue !!! I just made a post too but I didn’t really thought it would be from Windows 10 !

No thing is changing
the download stuck on a specific point it gives me the size and the speed but it doesn’t give me any progress , any help?
