.Fbx Import errors

Hello,

I’m currently working on a project where I need to import a character .fbx as a skeletal mesh, for animations and such. Problem is the .Fbx fails to import, It’s clear why it’s not working however I am not an animator and am unable to do anything myself, so I need to communicate the issues directly with the animator so they can fix it.

Would someone be able to explain exactly why it’s not importing in to UE and what needs to be done to fix it.
(I believe they’re using Maya to animate)
