Problem began when I updated the 4.12.2 version of engine. There were freezes, when I worked in editor. The CPU worked on 100%. I had to delete that version of engine by removing it from the launcher. I thought, that version 4.11 works normally, because during work I didn’t have such problems and freezes.Then when I tried to install the 4.11 version, it was failed. After reboot, I tried it again. But the same crash appeared again. I am learning from official channel and I have followed the actions shown in the video tutorial.
At least, it worked in my case. The problem decides thus: open task manager, then go to “perfomance” tab, then click the Resource Monitor, click “CPU” tab, and go to “Processes”. Click to expand it, the finish the process of “svchost exe”, and realtek driver. You will notice them, they are placed at top of list. In my case they taked 75% of my CPU. I doing that “operation” every time when I’m working with engine. Freezes disappeared.
