Will Unreal Editor 4 run on Intel HD 4000 graphics?

I’m looking to buy ue4
My laptop capacities are :
Intel HD4000
Intel I5
4gb Ram

It may work, buts its not officially supported according to the system requirements here: Häufig gestellte Fragen - Unreal Engine

We tried running UE4 on an Intel GPU and performance wise it wasn’t very usable. I’d also be very worried about the 4GB RAM, especially if you are compiling code.
