UE4 does not use C# for gameplay, only for C++ code build scripts. Theres some studio that workinging for C# support, even with editor integration, they target june relese.

I recently spoke with a college professor teaching who teaches UnReal at his school about the need for C++ programmers. He told me that C# could be used with UE4 by using an IDE like Visual Studio 2014. Is this true?
