How to apply 2 textures in 1 mesh?

Hi guys, sorry for my english. Im a beginner (noob) using unreal engine 4. Ive being using ue4 for a while, it is awesome. Im currently creating a game, to be specific a bedroom and I have as an asset a flower pot (including the plant). The thing is that this model has 2 textures, 1 for the plant itself and 1 for the pot, but whenever I try to apply textures the whole object gets covered by one single texture. Is there a way to apply textures by parts in the model. Thanks in advance.

Need to do that in your 3d program you are using.

google something like “3dSoftwareName multisub subUV” and you should find something decent.

Thank you very much, I´ll search for that!
