No answer from Marketplace in 2 weeks

Hello,

I have submitted some content to the unreal marketplace. Two weeks ago I received and E-mail saying that my content was in order, and that I would receive another E-mail regarding the scheduling of the release date. Since then I have not gotten any response. I have sent an E-mail to the marketplace support, and have not gotten any response from them as well.

Is this normal?
