hi, i’m having a hard time trying to install Unreal Engine 4.12.x, i have installed all the previous engine versions without any problems, but don’t know what is happening now i already tried to install the engine more than 6 or 7 times and always the same, the launcher crashes and i can’t install the engine.
today i tried to install the engine again, when the launcher has crashed i have checked the log from the launcher and it has this error at the end, [2016.06.16-13.40.01:769][ 0]LogHttp:Warning: Timeout processing Http request. 000002440F5F7880
i tried on google and i found an answer in the answerhub about the timeout, i changed the timeout of the defaultengine.ini of the launcher and i tried to install the engine again, just to try, i have keep the launcher open checking the downloading of the engine, after a few minutes, for no reason the launcher stop downloading and show 0kb receiving, i checked my browser and it is opening any website without any problem.
i restarted my computer to avoid any weird problem in memory on in the network socket, tried a few times, always the same, the launcher stops downloading after xx minutes, sometimes the launcher download more and sometime download less, but always go to 0kb downloading and all the times i have checked my internet connection and always was fine.
what is happening, the launcher has an error or bug, there is a solution for this ? a patch or upgrade for the ue4 launcher ?
