Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

How can I activate my Xbox One Source Code

Hello,

I have an ID@XBOX License and have recently moved over to Unreal Engine. Is there a quick way of me getting activated for the Xbox One source code so I can start to test for an upcoming demo we need to attend with our title.

I have all the information required. I just need somewhere to send it. I asked @UnrealEngine on Twitter without a response. I have also sent emails with no response.

I have been trying for multiple days to get this sorted.

Thanks, Eddie

GamingMasters,

So I checked and saw that you already have a Desk email ticket in with our Customer Support team. Please continue to pursue them through email for additional support.

Thank you and good luck! :)

Hey GamingMasters,

In order to receive assistance, you'll need to submit your questions to our Xbox One Forum. You can get to the forums by clicking here. Simply register for an account, and you should be able to submit your question. If for some reason you're not able to access the Xbox One threads, please let me know.

Thanks!

Hello Samantha,

Sadly I can't get onto the forums for Xbox One because apparently they are locked down to devs that have the source code enabled. I can't remember where I saw that but it was on the Unreal Engine website.

Go here: https://www.unrealengine.com/custom-licensing

You're going to need approval for the Xbox One or Playstation 4 forums. Make sure to read the blog post and FAQ.

Thanks! :)

I had already done that with no response.

Hence my question above.

Did you send this form in? If you've already submitted that form, you'll need to wait for the NDA to be sent to you via DocuSign. This is a manual process for now, so please allow a few days to receive access.

Yup. I actually just got a response, however, they asked for a contact at Microsoft. How can I do that if I don't have one for my Dev Account? Can't I just send the evidence of being accepted for ID@XBOX and the dashboard screen
