No response from Marketplace

Hi,
I submitted a C++ Plugin to the Marketplace and I got an EMail saying: “We’ve reviewed the screenshots and description of your content, and we’d like to review them in the Unreal Engine.”.

I sent my Plugin and after 5 days I didn’t get any response, I’m not sure if my submission got lost or if this is a normal process.

Still nothing.

I posted an asset too. They said no it’s missing of quality. I asked them more informations, and they answered like 1 week and 2 days after and told me that too many assets on the Marketplace matches my asset and they think that nobody will probably need it. When I checked, there’s no asset matching mine. I made a Third person camera system. A little bit like Mafia 3 camera System (check the trailer), with an aiming zoom and a switching camera distance etc.
But I’ll try again.

Did you have an answer ?

I sent my files 5 days ago, but i guess with the independence day it has slow the process.
I just saw from Zendesk that my submission has been assigned to another person, maybe someone from Epic could tell us ?

Yes, I submitted a code plugin so currently is in a process of detail code review.

Oh, well then i’ll wait another day then i’ll do the same, did you have any news on the process of your asset ?

My problem was resolved but I recently submitted a new C++ Plugin and I have the same problem again, the last email I received from Epic was over 2 weeks ago.

Can you please check for me in which stage is my submission currently, name of my submission is " VehicleAI Plugin"

Excellent, thank you for doing so. I did some investigating and found that Code Plugins are taking a bit longer than anticipated for submission reviews and updates. We are working hard to get these up to date as quickly as possible.

Did you really have to wait 2 months for them to accept your submission?

I got several issues regarding the code and the compilation, i think a submission without any issue should take 1 month max

Is there any way we could start getting updates on the status of our submission? I sent my plugin files (GestureTrackerVR) a week ago after a quick response to my initial submission and haven’t heard anything since. I’m not even sure if they were properly received. It would be nice to know that if plugin is being processed, I’ve been receiving messages from people looking for it on the store and all I can tell them is it will hopefully be available eventually.

Still nothing, it has been about a month since I submitted it.
It is taking a bit too long.
