Slowly raise text in UMG?

The textrender component makes some awful looking text when using an orthographic camera, so I switched to using a UMG blueprint to display my on screen text.

My goal is to set text in UMG(did so successfully) and slowly raise that text upwards.

However, I’m having difficulties figuring out how to move the text over-time within UMG since timelines don’t exist.

There’s a few ways.

Easiest way is to learn about Widget Animation. Which acts like a timeline. Search google or youtube on how to use it.

The other way… is not even worth doing. So just do the first way.

Wasn’t aware of that feature. I’ll check it out.
