Why is my player falls down to the ground and keep shaking forever...?

I created a default 3rd person scene, and import my FBX mesh from CINEMA4D as the ground.
I think it has a right collision.
Without the person’s “Simulate physics” checked, he just falls through the ground shown as below.

With the “Simulate physics” checked, he falls down and keep shaking forever like this…
