HI, iam facing this issue and didn’t found any soultion . i downloaded the epic game launcher and after it loads i went to library to download unreal engine 4 intial launcher but when it reachs 2% it crashes and show this message Epic games has stopped working then i have to log in again to resume downloading but that is not a problem to resume downloading after every 2% but the problem is when it reaches 12% it crashes a restart and download reset to 0% .
i have searches for a soultion but nothing.
