Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

physics/collision on human skeletal meshes/actors?

Hey all.

I seem to always have this same problem and I dont know what to do to fix it.

Basically if i have a bunch of skeletal mesh characters, player or NPC. And i hit one with a melee weapon, somethimes the character behaves proper..i.e gets hit and plays the animation. Other times tho the character will go flying 100 feet through the air. If they step on a weapon thats simulating physics they get launched into space.

Like... if all other aspects of the game are solid.. is the physics just crap? or am I missing something? like these kindsa things happen to often to be able to package it and sell it. Anyone know how the stuff works? I'm talking about meshes that arent ragdoll'd. Still "alive" running around etc...

Thanks in advance.
