I’ve tried installing Unreal 4.12.3 through the Epic Games Launcher and get the following error:
I have tried uninstalling all versions of the Engine before installing 4.12.3 and still have not found success. Please help!

It seems my security was quarantining a file (android codeworks executeable) and was not allowing the installation process to complete. Once that was taken care of, by not quarantining that file, I was able to install Unreal 4.12.3. Thanks again!
