I have a new level a dark one and I want to put like a sun and weather just like in the example level I work hard to try to find this but I didn’t find the answer please I want help !!!
Let’s get rid of the darkness.
Add a Sky
- Open Modes (Window > Modes)
- Search for BP_Sky_Sphere
- Drag & drop that into your world
Add some Atmosphere
- Open Modes (Window > Modes)
- Search for Atmospheric Fog
- Drag & drop that into your world
Now you’ll be able to see some things. From there, add geometric (like a cube for a floor), and add a Directional Light to light up the geometry (find the lights in Window > Modes).
Adding weather, like Rain/Snow/Etc will require visual effects. I reccomend exploring Epic’s Particle Effects example. Particle Effects | Unreal Engine Documentation
- Open the Epic Games Launcher
- Click the Learn tab
- Scroll down & look for ‘Particle Effects’
