UE 4.12.3 stops at Initializing 35%

Sorry for my english.

I can’t open editor 4.12.3.
I can’t open the editor,my projects and example projects.
I can open ONLY editor 4.8 ( no 4.7, no 4.10, no 4.11)

I’m on mac os x el captain.

I verified my installation but nothing changes. I deleted and installed editor 4.12.3 many times but nothing changes.

This problem is forcing me to pause development on my prototype for my game with a deadline, so please Epic can you fix this ASAP
