How to set Aim Offset for enemy AI

I would like to set an enemy Mech to shoot at my vehicle. It is working now to the point where the AI will chase and shoot when I’m in the “Sensing” area in front of the Mech. The problem is, his gun is mounted on his Right Arm and it shoots straight ahead. I’ve created an Aim Offset animation Blueprint and it works in the preview.

How do I use the Aim Offset animation with my Mech so that when the Player (my vehicle) is in front of him, he will aim (Pitch and Yaw) and attempt to shoot at my vehicle? The arm should move and track my vehicle.
