AdMob and UE4

I’m trying to use AdMod to put ads in my game put I keep getting this error

GetAdvertisingProvider called with a module name of None

I followed this video( - YouTube ) and now I get this error

LogModuleManager:Warning: No filename provided for module AndroidAdvertising
LogModuleManager:Warning: ModuleManager: Unable to load module 'AndroidAdvertising' because the file 'E:/Epic Games/4.12/Engine/Binaries/Win64/' was not found.
LogAdvertising:Warning: Failed to find Advertising provider named AndroidAdvertising.

please help why does the engine not recognize that I have the folder Win64 This is H3lla confusing
