Epic Launcher keeps crashing on downloading Unreal Engine

I am unable to download Unreal Engine and here is the log file after last time crashing of Epic Launcher. I had Unreal Engine 4.9.2 before on Windows 7. Now I am trying to install latest 4.12 and it keeps crashing. I was first trying on Windows 10 but it kept crashing. So I thought may be I should go back to Windows 7 but it keeps crashing here as well. Log file after recent crash is attached here.

Can you tell me what I am missing? Should I do something before trying to install Unreal Engine? I don’t have Visual installed on Windows 7 yet but it was installed on Windows 10. This is the dxdiag text file for reference.
