Updating the source text from the localization editor

Is it possible to edit the Translation of the native language (English) in the localization dashboard, and have the source text (cpp or ini) also reflect the update?
For example, if there’s a typo or a bug that needs to be fixed in English, can this be simply fixed within the Translation section of the English, or does it need to be fixed in the source text (cpp or ini) and the Translation section?

Thank you in advance.

We won’t change your source code when you edit things in the translation editor, however if you do “translate” your native culture, then those “translations” become the source for all foreign cultures. You can also have them loaded in the editor by setting your “Native Game Culture” to English (as we’ll then load the English “translations” for your game when running the editor).

“Translating” your native culture in this way is expected to be done sparingly, as it can get very confusing to see what appears to be a different “source” text in your code/assets and your game. We’d recommend that you edit the actual source text where possible, and reserve “translating” the native text for emergency changes, or copy-editing by people who don’t have access to the real source.

Thank you!
