Camera Shaking on Top- Down setup

So I have set up a Top-Down Camera on a blank Project with starter content. My camera is basically fixed, in a roughly 90° angle, and I have some costumizations on my player and camera, which enable my character to rotate, according to the position of my coursor. BUT! The closer my coursor comes towards my playerpawn, the more my camera rotates. But I would like to fix my camera on that roughly 90° angle. So that the whole level does not start to shake. Can someone help me?
