If I purchase assets from the marketplace and download unreal engine 4 on another computer I be able to still have those assets on the other computer?

I guess what I am asking is if the epic games launcher uses cloud storage or not. I have to manually transfer the assets or re-buy them?

Yes you can as long as you sign in with the same user name.

Purchases are linked to your account, so it show up as purchased wherever you sign in. All you need to do is download it again on the pc you sign in on.
