Are there any tutorials on performance optimization and resource management?

My first Project in Unreal got me a lot of insight on how AAA game engines function. I also got a lot of complaints on my first project performance issues. I’ve seen a rare post here and there talking about methods of making resources smaller but nothing specific. So are there any tutorials or readables on how to manage your resources properly and manage your projects assets for optimized performance, LOD, de-spawning things like that?
