Does number of terrain components influence the dedicated server performance?

Does number of terrain components influence the dedicated server performance?

In the Landscape Technical Guide it is said that “Epic recommends a maximum of 1024 components” - does it mean that it should be 1024 components per world or terrain?

If, for example, dedicated server runs tiled map with lots of levels and overall number of components is more than 30k (but there are only 1024 are visible for each client), will server handle all the components?

Server doesn’t use origin shifting (obviously)
