Simple/Basic Glass Blur
Ive been looking for a tutorial on how to create a simple Glass blur. Several threads/posts are already marked as RESOLVED. I'm seeing this link https://forums.unrealengine.com/showthread.php?70143-So-Blurred-glass-material-is-impossible-in-Unreal-Engine-4 on every thread there is regarding the "glass blur" question. But I'm having trouble understanding the thread and how it is done. Is there a step by step procedure on how to do this the simplest way?
