this is a 4.12 binary build
the bug is when trying to rename a folder in the world outliner by only changing the case on the first letter, it keeps the orginal case and ignores the change.
Example:
trying to rename a folder: map → Map = map

I was able to reproduce this and have entered the following bug report: UE-33018. When this has been resolved, we will notify you with an update to this post. In the meantime you can use the following workaround to change the case of folder names in the World Outliner: Change folder name “Map” to “maps.” Then rename “maps” to “map.”
