Where are things displayed in Scene Outliner saved?

I’d like to delete the Saved, Config, and Intermediate folders in an effort to fix Android builds failing to deploy.
Deleting them outright cleans out the scene outliner, so I have to re-set/rotate/scale all the objects in the world.

There’s only 1 level/map, the default sidescroller one.

If you simply delete your Intermediate and Saved folders, it should not remove your Scene Outliner. When you delete your Config folder, it’ll delete your set configurations.
