Spotlight issue when builing

Hi!
I’m going through this problem with UE.
As can be seen in the images, when I create the spotlights over the plane-table, lighting and shadows seem to be ok.

As I build the scene, the lights behavior changes, lighting is not ok and shadows are not calculated (this can be well-seen in the floor, that is not lit and doesn’t receive shadows from the chairs).

These are the parameters that I used for the lights.

Someone can help with some tips?

I have the same problem. Neither static or stationary spotlights illuminate my static meshes after building. Only when I set the light to ‘movable’ does the lighting work correctly.

All my point lights are fine, it’s only the spotlights that have this problem.

I had this problem in UE 4.11 so I upgraded to 4.12.5 hoping it would be fixed but I still have the same problem.
