Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

When I apply APEX clothing material, the mesh becomes enormous

Basically I have an APX file applied to my model, which makes it really, really big. When I place it in the world, in preview (when I just move my camera around and don't play) it looks normal, but when I click play, it gets REALLY big. For modelling I'm using blender and the standalone Apex Clothing Tool. How can I fix my mesh getting that huge?

Heya, maybe check the scale in the Apex export settings. In maya it defaults to metres, when UE expects cm.

Hm, I suppose I will have to give Maya a try, as in blender you can't use Apex plug-in, and the standalone version doesn't seem to allow scaling at all. Thanks anyway!
