Why can I not get UE4 to run? (Any of the .exe files) it says: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000013). Click OK to close the application

Have you tried reinstalling it? Redownload with a reinstall?

Hi The Gamer,

Is the installer not launching? Does the occur when you attempt to run the launcher? Any additional details as to when and where this occurs may help us investigate.

You may want to try reinstalling by logging into unrealengine.com and going to the “account” page. There’s a link there to download and install UE4.

Also, if you could provide us with your DxDiag, that would help out in case of any hardware conflicts.
