Hey guys
I been trying for over 2 weeks to obtain unreal engine. However, the payment is always declined. I have sufficient funds, I have no problem with paying online for cinema, Steam, World of Warcraft or paypal. Only Unreal Engine.
I am in Mexico, and I am trying to use my debit card by the bank Banamex (It’s a visa). I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem as me and some possible solutions.
I already tried the following:
- Contacting billing support. They told
me they don’t have records of any
attempts tried. - Disable AdBlock.
- Extension on Google Chrome Use
- Internet Explorer My brother’s debit
card (Also by Banamex) (With his
permission, obviously)
If anyone from Unreal Engine is here, please hurry with PayPal! This is time I could be getting myself familiar with the engine that is being lost!
