Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Hi Kawto,

Whenever you get an "Automationtool Failure," cut and paste the contents of your log into a text editing program, hit Ctrl + F to do a search and look for "Warning/Error Summary." The first few entries after following that header is what is causing the crash.

In this case, please check out the following screen shot and try and correct the highlighted items:

Im having a similar problem with my log saying it cant find certain items in my scene.. why would this happen? I can't even launch the game in the editor but I can launch it from the project exe file near the content folder just fine..link text

Using the same method above, here are the problem assets in your project:

error summary

I recommend opening the project and locating these assets in the Content Browser, fix or delete them, then right-click on the Contents folder and choose: Fix up redirectors in folder. Save All. Close and delete the Intermediate and Saved folders from the project folder. Then see if you can open the project through the Launcher. If not, open from the uproject file as before and see if there are any new blockers.
