Client SteamVR chaperone is at angle like sinking Titanic after respawn

Making a multiplayer shooter game and when a client respawn it almost always gets rotated in a way that the chaperone goes through the ground and above the ground like a sinking titanic. Tried to set actor transform manually, but with no success. Can anybody have any clues what’s going on?

P.S. server player always spawns normally.
