UE4 doesn't read Google Play Services

Hello, I am creating a mobile game with UE4 with services like: leaderboard and achievements. Google play services are set, but when I start my game from a device, that one doesn’t connect to the play google services and so my game doesn’t read: leaderboard and achievements.
