Where can I find step by step instructions for Flex features?

I have Flex in my build and the demonstration pieces are working.
But there aren’t any step by step instructions that I can find that would explain how to use these amazing features.

How the containers and components get added is a complete mystery when I just look at the demo chunks.

If you look in the FlexProject folder there’s a sub folder called documentation.
That includes an index.html that has a lot of answers.
