Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Physics of water

Hi guys, from the official manual, I created the water material, and I want to add to the physics of water, if specifically, the collision objects. For example, when an object falls into the water - spray and waves in stress place. How do you do it in your projects? I mean special shader, use Houdini, something else. I would be grateful to you for links to learning. My material(if it need) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krpYBAC6tFA

Many thanks. p.s. Sorry for my English. It's not my native language.

Well, dont know, but I will keep the object position and maybe trace a ray from above so you can see where it hit the surface... and with this attach other actor that simulate the waves with particles and attach it to the surface of water or something like that.

In fact the next video after yours has

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_cFo8-RkaA and a wiki https://wiki.unrealengine.com/Render_Target_Lookup hope that helps!
