Lightning build creates strange pattern on Static Mesh

Hi,
I desperately try to create a 3D architectural walkthrough for presentation but i am faced with serious lightning issues.
My static mesh has been created in ArchiCAD and been exported to C4D where i define the final settings for FBX import to UE4.

The preview of my static mesh is always fine,

but when trying to build lightning in UE4 there occur these strange patterns:

I read that it could be an UV error and that i have to use 2 UV channels in static mesh browser.
But that didn’t help.
Any chance to solve this problem?

Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same issue.
