As I look through your log there seems to be issue with sqlite3 not having a reference,
Thats probably mistake you made when referencing sqlite3 in blueprint
I suggest you take a look to the blueprint that include sqlite3(and the ones with sqlite3_open,sqlite3_finaliaze,sqlite3_column_double, etc…)
