Rotation limit at pitch -90 - 90 degrees

Hi,

My character is a spider. FPS Game. I have the blueprint written so that the spider can walk along the wall. The pitch is always seen up and down of the world. No matter how I turn my actor. The problems are on the wall, if I want to change the direction. This pitch is locked. I read some of the gimbal lock. How can I change the pitch direction/gimballock?

Can’t you just rotate the annimations(/play a rotating annimation) and cange the movement(/controlling) of your character?
Your character movement wold be much more complex but I think it could work…
