What is this error(No OBB found and no...)

Hi when I want to run my app on my cellphone this error appearance.

No OBB found and no store key to try to download.Please set one up in android project settings.

How can I solve this issue?

note:I copy the OBB file to my root beside the APK(my app) file.

IMPORTANT: Be advised as of UE 4.12 you will need to install Code Works in place of Android Works
