Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Hi. That would not be best for performance no matter how you did it. So here is a resource to help explain the best way using normal maps and tessellation. It doesn't explain exactly step by step how to apply this to water but with this and searching on youtube for ' water material in unreal engine4' will get you where you need to be.

This is a probably an intermediate level topic so there may be some concepts that are hard to grasp at first. If so feel free to leave any questions here I will try to respond quickly.

Go to this link friend.

LINK

Here you will be able to understand the animation trick used i.e. a smooth update of two layers of ocean modifier almost similar in dimension to give a turbulent ocean type effect. Refer to this video or else the above suggestion is not bad I have seen it and he is obviously correct.I have been interacting a lot with this person(EyeDee10Tee) and he is a highly skilled man and you can follow the above video too. But by blender I see the link I attached as useful. Have a nice day Ouley
