Animation (skeleton) seems fine but has render problems

Hey.

Okay so I’ve been rendering out quick little shots or several different characters “highlights” style. I ahev them all in the same level and am just turning their visibility in game on or off as I need to render each one. Six worked fine, as usual. The last one however with play in preview but not when I render a movie from Matinee. It also loses the skeleton and physics assets on reloading the level or project.

I seems to be a skeleton problem. When I CntrlS the whole level everything is fine, but if I try to save just the skeleton it gives an error (unable to save). But it imports fine, and is not very different from the other rigs/skeletons. I tried the asset in another level and the same thing occured.

What is going on? Any thoughts? Anyone have a skeleton do something similar?

For some reason turning off command line arguments solved this problem long enough to render. Though the skeleton is still not saving correctly.
