Android x86 build of Engine crashes on apk start

I successfully download and build latest release (4.12.5) of Engine for Android x86 on my Gentoo Linux.
But when I open installed UE4Game apk I see splash image and then app crashes without any messages.
Here my [tombstone file][1], compiled [apk][2] and [library][3].

I also tried to build Engine on Win7\VS2013 but I get clang crashes on x86 build and same apk crashes on armv7 build. But if I use 4.12.5 downloaded from UE Launcher I get valid arm libs, that doesn’t crashes and works fine.

How Epic Games build release builds of UE and which version of SDK and NDK use?

I have verified that this is a bug and we have it reported in . UE-32384 is currently set as a major bug and it’s not resolved yet. Please let me know if you’d like an update on this bug at a later date.

May be I can track progress in directly and not bother you on answerhub?

Some of our bugs are public while others are not. This one may end up to be public eventually but I can’t guarantee that. UE-32384 is currently in progress and hopefully it’ll be resolved soon.
