How to move and rotate view in builder

Okay I must be complete moron, because I can’t figure out how to rotate the view left, right, up or down. I can use the mouse to move forward and back, and click on objects. This is frustrating and not user friendly. There is no walkthough or is there?

This is not for a placed camera. This is the view you first get when entering the builder day 1 minute 1.

This happens in Zen Garden, but not in my projects. Possibly, some function is toggled ‘on’ and I don’t know how to toggle it ‘off’.
