Editor Crashes When I click "Launch" or "Play"

While I am trying to launch a level from any version of the editor that is higher than 4.9, the editor crashes with the below error. I am additionally confused because many of the paths point to a D: drive, which I do not have.
I am using Win 10 64 bit, but have had the exact same problem with Win 7 64 bit, before upgrading.
