Cannot Run Build | Failed to Open Descriptor File

I get no build errors when packaging my game. I don’t know why I can run the executable. I don’t know what steps I’m missing.

So I copy over the uproject, but then it says none of my cooked stuff is there even though I saw it cooking in the output log.

Is your project purely blueprints or has there been code added? If so, can you try building the project in Visual Studio in Development and Shipping and then package again? Additionally, let me know if the answer here helps any.
