Why do I get screen flickering when playing standalone build in fullscreen?

When I run in fullscreen from a standalone build I get really bad screen flickering. My educated guess would be that it has to do with the screen space reflections.

I’m running on Windows 7 64-bit on 2 x AMD 7970 in Crossfire mode.

Is it the full screen that is flickering or does it just correlate to specific objects. It may be that you have some Z-fighting with some of your objects somehow. If it is the whole screen, it probably relates to post processing. Try and turn off specific post-processes to see if any of them stop the flickering.

The flicker is happening on the faces of objects that are incident with the sun light when I am viewing them from certain angles. When I stand in certain parts of the map I can see the whole screen flickering. I tried to take a screen shot but the screens are all coming out clean.
