How can i solve this rendering problem?

Hi everyone,i have been encountering this problem again and again for ten days,i am tired to see this problem on the Swarm Agent screen.My problem is about to “Rendering”.Whenever i click “Build” button in UE4 4.12 version.The render starts,then after the complete the building,i always see this on Swarm Agent screen as well as a lot of render and light problem on my UE4 screen.i tried a lot of thing.Re-Install the my engine and open new project.And i always face the same problem. How can i solve it?,Please help.i wanna do good think but i am tired to face lots of problem on UE4.

As for the problems you describe with “Errors” in your lighting. It’s more helpful to see screenshots of the specific errors you are talking about. The log here doesn’t show me anything that I know any answer to directly.

Hi,Thanks for back me.My problem is about “Rendering”. Start the building,i always see this.
I think these sentences are about the my building problem

After the builing ( When Build complete %100 )

I always face to that sentences.

After all of this ,when i check my map, there are a lot of light problem,there is not any light in my map,but look this :frowning:

And after the building “Map Check” shows me lots of problem.

i have been facing that problem for one month,and i didn’t any solution,please help me about that problem.

Alright, so I’ve had to just sift through a bunch of swarm agent AnswerHub posts because I don’t have a direct answer, but this can be the next thing you can check. If any of these don’t solve your issue I’m afraid I’m not sure.

  • Go into Build (Toolbar button) > Lighting Info > Lighting and if a static mesh has a really large lightmap set it to a lower one. If one is too large it could take too long to process and result in the job being stopped.
  • If it’s only happening in this project/map there’s an issue with this level specifically that needs to be worked through.
  • If that doesn’t work, try a different version of the engine, Does the 4.13 preview or 4.11 have an issue?

Beyond this I’m out of ideas currently.

I tried to build in new project on UE4 4.12 and i took some problem.Then i re-install my engine and tried to build again and there was not any changing thing.
And i tried to build different engines (4.13,4.11) it was same problem.Then i tried to re-install my windows 10,and it was some problem.Really is there any solution? :frowning:
i told u that "i opened new small project and tried to build ,then i saw same problem.

It is so big frustration for me ,So i cant build :frowning: if i cant build ,i cant do anything with UE4 :frowning: is there anything to solve this problem ? what should i do ?

Yes, but I didn’t see anything that stood out to me.

If you’re building from source, try using the binary version from the launcher to see if it works. If so, then likely something with lightmass is not building properly. Beyond that, I’m not sure with anything else. sorry.

As I said, have you tried comparing to see if you can build lighting with the Binary version from the launcher?

Or if you’re using a Source Build (GitHub) you need to make sure that you’re building the engine correctly.

This is my last thing to check if you’re getting the issue. Beyond that there is something else that is out of my area of expertise to know what exactly the issue is. sorry.

What is the Source Build? i did not understand anything,i am writing from turkey.I cant understand sometimes.Should i re-build the UnrealLightmass.cpp on Development Editor ?

Source build is one using the Source Code provided on GitHub and compiling it manually with Visual Studio.

If you’re compiling the source code manually try recompiling just the UnrealLightmass.cpp
